Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
International Orders Vione ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the delivery carrier or customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination.
